Ant Colony is a Barcelona-based rock band singing in English, driven by guitars, melody and attitude. 

Their sound combines the raw edge of 90s britpop with the energy of early 2000s indie rock, crafting direct, electric songs over elegant harmonic progressions. The British influences are clear — the punch of Oasis, the rhythmic tension of early Arctic Monkeys — yet the aim is not nostalgia, but rather to recover that spirit of immediacy for a present moment that seems to demand it. 

Following the release of their debut EP Join the Colony in November 2025, the band continues to develop new material while building a tight and highly effective live repertoire. Led by Alberto Lozano (2000), Ant Colony is now preparing the release of their first full-length album, scheduled for autumn 2026
